European Medicines Agency updated the Clinical Trials Information System: training and support page over the What’s New Section on June 17, 2022:
A series of CTIS walk-in events will be conducted for sponsors to receive practical advice on the CTIS by asking questions to CTIS experts in real-time on the following dates:
- August 22, 2022: 16.00 to 16.45 (CEST)
- September 20, 2022: 16.00 to 16.45 (CEST)
- October 05, 2022: 15.00 to 15.45 (CEST)
- November 15, 2022: 16.00 to 16.45 (CEST)
- December 12, 2022: 15.00 to 15.45 (CEST)
Walk-in clinics will be open to all sponsor organizations, including pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and academic organizations. During the event, all questions related to system functionalities will be answered. However, questions related to the interpretation of the Clinical Trial Regulation and/or national processes will be out of scope. No registration is required for these events. It mentions that a video recording of the event will be provided after the event.
It also recommends attendees consult the CTIS online modular training program, sponsor handbook, and other reference material before the event.
