Lebanon has a primary registry, Lebanon Clinical Trials Registry. It is a World Health Organization (WHO) recognized primary registry. It has a provision to register the protocol and post the summary results. The registration of interventional, Phase 2-4 clinical trials conducted in Lebanon is mandatory, while it is voluntary for observational studies. LBCTR is managed by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).
